Pei-Pei Cheang is a highly qualified ENT and facial plastic surgeon who has been practising since 1998. She offers a highly personal and professional approach, building a rapport with her patients to give them the best possible service and treatment.
Pei-Pei’s skills extend beyond the operating theatre, as she is also an accomplished runner and a keen adventurer. She has completed numerous half marathons and has climbed Mount Kinabalu (the highest peak in South East Asia), completed the Inca Trail in Peru and trekked in the High Atlas mountain ranges in Morocco.
Originally from Malaysia, Pei-Pei is fluent in Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hakka (as well as English), and is particularly passionate about Chinese language and literature. Since her son was born 6 years ago, she has dedicated a lot of her time to bringing him up bilingual and biliterate in an English environment - no mean feat when you’re the only Mandarin speaker in your family!

Clinical profile
Pei-Pei completed her undergraduate training at the University of Wales and higher surgical training in ENT in the West Midlands. She has completed a fellowship by the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS) and gained specialist training in Europe, London and South Korea. She is also a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and ENT UK and is the treasurer of the British Society of Facial Plastic Surgery.
She has been awarded the European Board for Certification in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (EBFPRS), which is an exam taken in collaboration with the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
With more than 13 years’ experience in plastic and aesthetic surgery, and 20 in ENT, Pei-Pei is an expert in the field and has been widely published in peer review journals, on topics including the aesthetic use of laser and IPL in the face and the use of Botulinum Toxin for headaches. She has also presented extensively at national and international ENT meetings.

It is my job to listen, discover and explore in detail what that image is, and recommend the best possible treatment plan - even if it’s not the treatment they originally had in mind.”
